I also am: a Strategy & Operations Lead at Google, leading large-scale operational programs involving 1,000+ stakeholders to drive product strategy and business growth.
I was: the CEO & CFO of an ABA healthcare organization, with hands-on experience scaling operations, managing financial performance, and solving the day-to-day challenges of growing a business.
My goal is simple: help business owners better understand their business, make more informed decisions, and ultimately build a more profitable company.
My Approach
Every business already has the data it needs to make better decisions. Most owners simply don't have the time or tools to turn that data into profitable insights. My job is to dig into that data and find the insights that propels your business forward and then communicate actionable next steps to actualizing the increased gains.
